The MezzaLIFT® is completely electric – eliminating all mess and hassle associated with similar hydraulic driven vertical conveyors. The platform is simply raised and lowered using an electric chain hoist. The Model "ML" is simple, functional, and economical.

96" high safety guarding surrounds unit on all open sides at floor level and mezzanine level. Access gates are electro-mechanically interlocked. The unit will not operate if either gate is open. The gates cannot be opened while unit is in motion and only the platform present gate can be opened.

"RC" SERIES PALLET VERTICAL CONVEYORS
Verticon's® "RC" Series Integrated Pallet Vertical Conveyor is used for moving loads between mezzanines and floors. It utilizes an electric chain-driven-live-roller conveyor or drag-chain conveyor to automatically load and unload the lift at two or more levels. It is typically automated with infeed and discharge conveyors for automatic loading and unloading.
Designed for heavy-duty continuous usage, they use only name-brand components including Sumitomo® for the drive motors and Allen-Bradley® for controls. All our buyout components are readily available through Verticon® or your local power/transmission and controls houses.
The Model “RC” automated pallet lifts are available in a straddle or four-post design where the conveyor carriage is guided up and down two centered structural steel “W” Beams. A “C” and “Z” product flow can be achieved.
The standard integral conveyors are designed around a standard 40” x 48” GMA pallet. Larger and/or smaller size conveyors are also available. Custom capacities are also available. Units are covered by the best warranties in the business.
